How to get authorized to ship into another province

provincial authorities

Authorization is granted by the province the parcel is going to. Your own province’s licence does not carry across the border, and each destination runs its own process — so every province you want to ship into is a separate application, on its own terms.

Below is what we can source today. Where a field reads not yet published, it means we have not found a primary source for it — not that the province forbids it. Those gaps are our research queue, and this page changes as they close.

No public application route on our record yet

These provinces are in the agreement, but we have not found a published page telling an out-of-province producer how to apply. If you have applied to one of them, we would like to hear how — it is the fastest way this page improves.

Quebec is not part of the agreement, so there is no inbound route to apply for. Why Quebec sits outside it

Getting your listing right

You cannot apply to be on The Repeal, and we charge nothing to be here. We record producers only from lists published by provincial authorities — 4 of 9 participating provinces publish one today. When an authority names you, you appear here, usually within a week.

If we have your name, category or shipping destinations wrong, or an authority lists you and we do not, tell us and we will correct the record and date the correction. Your listing links to your own site, not to a marketplace.

Common questions

Do I apply to my own province or to the province I want to ship into?
To the destination. Authorization is granted by the authority of the province the parcel is going to, so shipping into more than one province means more than one application.
Which provinces publish an application route for out-of-province producers?
4 of 9 participating provinces publish one we can link to: Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island. For the rest, no public application page is on our record yet.
How do I get listed on The Repeal?
You do not apply to us and we charge nothing. We record producers only from lists published by provincial authorities, so a producer appears here once the authority names them. If you are listed by an authority and we have you wrong or missing, tell us and we will correct the record.
